Welcome to the Spring 2013 Season of programs presented by the Boulder Friends of Jung.

This season we explore the theme of individuation. Carl Jung once said, “There is a destination, a possible goal…That is the way of individuation. Individuation means becoming an “individual,” and, in so far as “individuality” embraces our innermost, last, and incomparable uniqueness, it also implies becoming one’s own self. We could therefore translate individuation as “coming to selfhood” or “self-realization” (Vol. 7 ¶ 266).

We invite you to delve into your own “coming to selfhood” during this season’s events. The Boulder Friends of Jung continues to value and support the mission of building a diverse community where Jungian ideas are celebrated. We all play a special role in making this happen and we thank you for your support of attendance, donations, volunteer time and membership. We appreciate your evaluations and feedback.

And please remember… our “Dream Challenge Fund” is a fantastic way to support BFJ. Please consider a special (matching) contribution to the Boulder Friends of Jung. Every tax-deductible donation you make to BFJ will be matched 50% (up to $5000) by an anonymous donor! To make this dream come true, we need your assistance and support.

Please click here to read more and to make a tax-deductible donation today.

The Boulder Friends of Jung was founded as a non-profit volunteer organization on December 19, 2005 under the laws of the State of Colorado. The purpose of this educational organization is to provide informational and participatory programs oriented to the depth psychology of Carl Jung as it relates to personal development and contemporary society.
